Old buildings, namely churches in the south, sometimes use heavy timber trusses. Using our extensive knowledge of joinery and structural stresses, we design and execute repairs to solve rot and foundation problems. (Note the lighter colored and darker colored beams in picture)

Philosophically we believe that the timbers and the craftsmen told a story in the creation of the structure; our job is not to erase, but to preserve and add a small part to that story. Practically, that means we replace as little of the original as possible.
